NO CHILD SHOULD BE SENT TO SCHOOL IF ANY OF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS EXIST:
- fever, over 100 degrees in the last 24 hours
- sore throat or earache
- diarrhea or vomiting, within past 24 hours
- persistent sore throat with fever or enlarged tonsils or glands
- persistent upset stomach or headaches
- undetermined rash
- reddened, itchy eyes with purulent drainage
- suspected or known head lice (pediculosis)
